Empty Gmail Trash automatically without Apps Script

Gmail does not offer a native "always empty Trash now" switch for specific senders. You get workarounds.

What Gmail gives you

Trash and Spam auto-expire after about 30 days. You can empty them manually anytime. There is no first-party setting that says "for this blocked address, skip the 30 days."

A Chrome extension that uses Gmail permissions to clear matching mail while you are signed in.

Tradeoffs

Scripts stay inside your Google account but break if you forget quotas, triggers, or OAuth. Extensions are easier day to day and require trusting the developer and Google's permission screen. Pick the model you are comfortable maintaining.
